I authorize UConn to take, use or distribute any photographs, videos, audiotapes, or any other medium that may be collected during my participation in the UConn Extension Master Gardener Program. I further agree to allow UConn to use these items for promotional or archival activities, including brochures, websites, and social media. For those who choose “I do not consent”, please be aware that many of our UConn programs and events are carried out in public, and we cannot control what photos, videos and audio recordings will be taken by others.

I authorize UConn to share my first name, last name and email address with the CT Master Gardener Association, the alumni association for graduates of any Master Gardener program, providing opportunities to share our knowledge and love of gardening with others. Through sponsorship of events and leadership of volunteer projects throughout the state, CMGA members are helping to educate and beautify our communities.
